The Jack F. Tolbert Memorial Student Grant Program provides financial assistance to full‑time students enrolled at Maryland‑approved private career schools.

Who is eligible
- Must be enrolled at an approved private career school in Maryland.
- Full‑time enrollment is required, defined as at least 18 clock hours per week.
- Students in any major may apply.
- Applicants must be Maryland residents. For dependent students, the parent must be a Maryland resident.
How to apply
- Submit the Tolbert Grant application through the financial aid office at the private career school you attend.

- Grants may be awarded up to $500.
