Chapman Scholars Program
Scholarship Sponsored by Mr. and Mrs. Howard Chapman
Overview
Each year the Chapman Scholars Program awards its scholarship to six incoming first-year students who demonstrate exceptional achievement both academically and through extracurricular involvement. Scholars receive financial support that covers tuition and class fees for up to 18 credit hours, on-campus residence, required textbooks, and a meal stipend for every qualifying fall and spring semester within the applicable aid year. The program emphasizes civic responsibility as a central component of personal development and of strengthening the broader community.
At Purdue University Fort Wayne, Chapman Scholars live and learn together while engaging in rigorous coursework, hands-on learning experiences, leadership training, and ongoing community service.
