Overview Haque Law, a Houston-based personal injury firm, is launching the Wings of Expression scholarship to back emerging student artists as they pursue higher education. The award includes a $2,500 scholarship plus $500 for art supplies. The program asks applicants to design a wing-themed mural that encourages people to pose for photos and conveys an uplifting message.
